Multi-Skilled Technician 維修技術員

職責Job Responsibilities：

• 負責學校大樓一般日常維修及保養工作，包括油漆、木工、抹灰和/或五金製品; 進行校園設施設備檢查及檢查; 協助設置、裝飾和拆除學校及學生活動的設備
• Perform the day-to-day minor building repair and maintenance work including painting, carpentry, plastering and or ironmongery with safe and quality standard
• Carry out Campus facilities and equipment inspection and checking
• Assist with set up, decoration, and take down of equipment for School events and students activities

資歷Experience And Qualifications：

• 中三程度; 三年維修及保養經驗; 良好粵語; 持有平安卡; 具註冊熟練技工或註冊半熟練技工或其他認可資格將攲獲優先考慮
• At least 3 years building maintenance experiences in similar industry and facilities like commercial building and offices. Holder of Green card or equivalent. Holder of Civil and Building Construction Trade tests (Skilled or Semi-Skilled Worker or General Workers) or equivalent will be an advantage. Ability to read and speak Cantonese.
