Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and execute MICE Events turned over by Sales.
• Communicate to all hotel departments the information necessary to successfully execute the group’s and event’s need while maintaining a good client relationship.
• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customers.
• Follow up important process from preparation of pre-arrival until group departure.
• Attends trade shows/ wedding expo and sells conference space when directed;

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma holder in Hotel Management or relevant discipline;
• Minimum 3 - 5 year relevant experience
• Self-motivated, result-orientated, self-driven for business revenue and customer focus;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese.

*Candidate with more experience will be considered as Executive
