Job Description
The candidate is expected to work independently and jointly within Product Management Team; and collaborate closely with local sales team and Head Office in the mainland. The candidate is expected to contribute in campaign, promotion, budgeting, marketing trend analysis and clients behaviour analysis
Responsibilities

To support multiple channels promotions e.g. website, instant messaging platforms, APP

To drive marketing campaigns with the guidance from sales and product head

To drive, organize and support marketing events for clients and Head Office staff members
-
To drive marketing materials (e.g. pitch book, marketing brochure) content design and production
-
To support video production, captioning and media platform maintenance where necessary
-
To liaise and negotiate vendors on sourcing marketing and promotional materials
-
To act as the first point of contact on marketing related events

To prepare MIS reports for internal analysis

To assist in organizing product training and workshop, including catering services

To perform any ad hoc duties as required by department head or senior management
Requirements
-
Degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting discipline
-
Minimum 3 years marketing experience in Banking & Financial services industry; preferably with private wealth management and/or private banking experiences; or marketing experiences in other industries also welcome

Knowledge of wealth management products and services is an advantage

Able to work independently and to work under pressure

Strong self-motivation and with team spirit

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent Putonghua and able to write in Chinese; proficiency in English

Experience in Excel, Powerpoint and Word
