Job Summary

  • Assist sales team to handle guest issues and enquiries in professional manner
  • Process reservation information accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain good relationship with potential guests and accounts
  • Provide administrative support to sales team

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in hospitality or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 year relevant experience in sales / reservations / front office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, outgoing, independent and a good team player
  • Detail-minded, well-organised and able to work independently
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Coordinator)
