(Contract) Service Quality Management Officer, Service Quality Management

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers’ complaints and enquiries. Answer in verbal and by writing on customer enquiries and complaints
  • Support the customer opinion hotline during business hour (Mon to Fri 9am – 6pm)
  • Work with internal stakeholders to follow up the complaints and enquiries
  • Prepare complaint investigation reports and related documentations
  • Provide administrative support to the department

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate with 1 year or above relevant experience preferred
  • Good people management skills
  • Knowledge in English and Mandarin
  • Positive thinking, team player, confidence in customer communication, ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
