Work closely with different units (e.g. product teams, frontline units) to understand their analytic needs and develop right solution for them
Support regular and ad-hoc business analysis and marketing campaigns of the whole bank
Assist to conduct productivity, branch scorecard and branch portfolio analysis to facilitate sales planning and branch optimization
Work in accordance with relevant procedural manuals and appropriate controls to ensure proper risk management (e.g. prevent operational loss, reduce operational risk, etc.)
Requirements:
Degree holder or above in Quantitative Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics or IT related discipline
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analytics on customers, preferably in Banking, Financial Services or FinTech industry
Proficiency in Database language, e.g. SQL, SAS and Excel is a must; Python or other analytical tools is advantageous
Good interpersonal skills with strong business sense so as to communicate analytical subjects effectively with various business units including non-technical counterparts
Possess a wide range of banking product knowledge
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Candidates with less experience may be considered as a junior position
