Assistant Social Media Manager

The Repulse Bay is seeking for an Assistant Social Media Manager to formulate and implement the company's social media strategy, including producing content, increasing brand awareness, and engaging with the target audience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and target audience demographics and content types to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Create engaging and optimized content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics, while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries, and nurture relationships with followers, customers, and influencers to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Track and analyse key metrics with regular reports generated to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions and achieve specific marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate and foster relationships with relevant influencers or brand ambassadors for partnership to amplify the brand's reach and engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing, and explore tools and software to streamline workflows, schedule posts, and analyse data.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

General Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing, or a related field required.
  • A solid understanding of multiple social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Little Red Book and WeChat.
  • Demonstrate expertise in graphic design, photography and video editing.
  • Proficient in using social media analytics tools for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
