Job Duties and Responsibilities

·       Prepare and serve various types of Kappo cuisine.

·       Coordinate with service staff to ensure proper service.

·       Monitor food stocks and place orders as needed.

·       Maintain hygiene standards in all cooking areas.


Requirements and Desired Skills

  • Relevant experience in the fine-dining industry
  • Good knowledge of various types of Japanese ingredients & making techniques
  • Team spirit
  • Good standard in both Chinese & English, Japanese will be a plus
  • Having experience in working with Japanese chefs is preferred 
  • Knowledge in Japanese sake will be a plus 
  • Certification from a culinary school is a plus
  • For HK permanent ID card holder only
