Job Description:Responsible for Customer Service and Front Club Operation
Responsibility:
- Offer warm welcome to members , visitors and sign in appropriately at the Front Desk
- Coordinate activities of the Front Desk ensuring members and guests receive prompt and professional attention including but not limited to greeting members/visitors, answering inquiries, check in / check out, registration, reservation, handling phone calls, cashier and courier/mailing service etc.
- Handle enquiry and complaint
- Enforce the rules and regulations of the club
- Conduct up-selling and cross-selling to maximize club revenue
- Mange basic daily income sheet & accounts
- Assist in handling emergency situations and perform supports on any special or ad hoc projects
- Assist in administrative duties and perform other clerical duties as assigned
- Responsible for preparing beverages and food, cleaning utensils, and proficient in using coffee machines
- Provide customers with high-quality service
- Uphold the company's vision, mission, values and code of conduct and also comply with all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Form 5 / HKDSE or above, 1-2 years of relevant working experience, with exposure in system support will be a definite advantage (Hotel / Fitness Industry preferred)
- Independent, strong in persional, problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant and attention to details and accuracy
- Able to work under pressure with careful mindset and patience
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Office (Word & Excel etc.) and Chinese word processing
- Wear uniforms to work
- Immediately available will be highly preferred
Work Schedule: 9 hours per day / 6 days per week (Shift work is required)
