Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts and daily operations, including month-end and year-end closing exercises, bank reconciliation, preparation of financial statements, and management of accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare consolidation accounts and audited financial statements for the Group
- Liaise with banks, auditors and other regulators
- Monitor cash flow, implement expense controls, and coordinate with other departments
- Assist managers with reporting, analysis, and financial statements
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
- 5+ years of relevant experience in banking and financial industry
- Familiar with regulatory requirements, including HKMA / SFC will be an advantage
- Member of HKICPA or ACCA preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Microsoft Excel (SQL/VBA)
- Self-motivated and a good team player
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and sensitive to numbers with high level of accuracy
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
