Remittance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Ÿ Handling inward and outward remittance transactions;
• Ÿ Processing general banking transactions, e.g. account transfer, FX and G/L entries;
• Ÿ Performing AML checking and follow up;
• Ÿ Managing inward and outward clean Bill collection/ cash letter services;
• Ÿ Conducting theme training as well as on-the-job training to colleagues and business counterparts;
• Ÿ Maintaining MIS and compilation of various reports;
• Ÿ Handling office administrative works and supporting transaction services and investment operations duties when necessary;
• Ÿ Perform other ad-hoc tasks or assignments.

Requirements:

• Ÿ Diploma holder or above
• Ÿ 2 years’ experience in remittance or banking operations;
• Ÿ Familiar with all the internal and external regulatory guideline;
• Ÿ Exposure in project management would be an advantage;
• Ÿ Good communication and team player;
• Ÿ Proficiency in PC skills, including MS office applications and Chinese word processing; and
• Ÿ Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior position.
