Store Operations Executive (Luxury Brand)

Our client is a luxury retailer with rapid expansion within the region. They are looking for a Store Operations Executive to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Store Management on sales reporting and analysis, sales and service improvement
  • Perform admin duties for the store
  • Provide accurate store reports
  • Analysis KPIs performance
  • Handling customer enquiries and after sales service
  • Responsible for all sales activities in store
  • Monitor stock inventory and store materials
  • Prepare attendance records and roster
  • Maintain accurate record of petty cash in and out
  • Maintain records of stock transfer, repair and etc.


Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in any disciplines.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in sales or admin, preferable in retail industry.
  • Proactive, detail-minded, and capable of working independently.
  • Detailed-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Excellent in MS office (Excel, Words & PowerPoint).
