Hang Seng's Investments and Wealth Solutions offers a full spectrum of investment products and services to our Wealth and Personal Banking customers, from high-net-worth to mass segments across channels. We distribute investment funds managed by top tier fund managers covering different types of funds, across regions and asset classes. A wide range of structured products with underlying linked to equities, FX rates, interest rates, investment funds, etc. are offered for investors to pursue different investment objectives. We also offer fixed income instruments and certificates of deposit to customers who look for regular coupon payment.  Besides, we have securities services covering exchange traded equities in local and overseas markets offered through a wide variety of trading channels. Margin trading services covering FX and securities, and investment financing service provides extra liquidity and purchasing power to cater for investment needs from sophisticated investors.

Securities Services provides securities dealing services of various investment products to different business segments including Private Banking, Corporate Wealth Management and Branches of the Bank. Their underlying customers can invest different asset classes, including HK and global equities, fixed income products, equity and non-equity structured products. Structured products are the alternative investment choice for enhancing investors potential returns, while bond investments can provide stable return.

We are seeking a high caliber to join us as Investment Services Manager.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Securities business planning including shaping the strategy, setting and tracking of key business outcomes and performance indicators
• Lead and work on the increasing number of complex topics in Business Planning and Controls
• Act as the key player in supporting overall securities business (retail and extended oversight on PBD) and work closely across Product Management and Governance, Business Planning and Controls to ensure alignment and consistency
• Implement outcome of business analytics and develop effective personal and relevant communications to support business strategies
• Shape, drive and deliver strategic engagements / planning and constructs to maximize the benefit in terms of capability for business development
• Facilitate and support senior management decision by making use of the management information, performance information, analytics, stakeholder feedback and the alignment with the Bank / Wealth and Personal Banking strategies
• Help in monitoring the latest market competitors activities and report to management

Requirements

• University graduate in Finance, Business Administration, Business Quantitative Analysis, statistics or related disciplines
• Over 5 years of related experiences in the securities market, data analysis, business and strategic planning.
• Good knowledge of local and major stock markets
• Knowledge/experience in China’s investment market and business development an advantage
• Strong commitment in taking new challenges, self-motivation and creativity
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skill
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
