Senior Associate, Equities Operations (Corporate Action)

Responsibilities

• Assist to monitor the operations of Hong Kong equities, global markets equities and structure product corporate actions
• Perform stock reconciliation, liaise with internal and external parties to resolve the discrepancies, if needed
• Monitor the correctness of all CIES daily reports and ensure the documents and reporting are properly sent out to internal users and Immigration Department
• Review operational procedures from time to time and provide constructive ideas to enhance the efficiency and productivity
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance or related disciplines
• 5 years relevant experience in financial services industry
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as ‘Associate’
