Analyst, Operations (1-year contract)

Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be attached to one of the Operation teams including but not limited to Deposit & Remittance Ops, Global Markets Ops and Private Wealth Management Ops. Job rotation will occur when opportunity arises
• Handle internal and external operational matters and service requests, such as bank transaction booking and processing, account opening and maintenance, fund transfer and transaction settlement
• Handle account documentations and reporting (including Internal and regulatory reports)
• Ad hoc duties & projects assigned by supervisors

Ideal candidates should possess:

• At least 1 year’s relevant working experience in banking, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Passionate to learn and willing to handle routine work
• A self-starter who can work with little guidance
• A team player with good interpersonal, communication and organization skill
• Versatile in Microsoft Office, i.e. EXCEL, WORD and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.  Fluency in Mandarin will be an asset
• Immediate availability is preferred
