Responsibilities:

Devise product and marketing strategies to drive personal loan balances, revenue and market share growth

Responsible for acquisition and retention strategies to expand the customer base; leverage on customer analytics to deepen personal loan penetration into existing customer base and cross-sell of banking products

Lead new product and enhancement initiatives and responsible for product planning, commercialization and execution throughout the product life cycle

Enhance brand awareness through marketing campaigns and strategic partnership

Collaborate with risk management team to maintain a healthy personal loan portfolio, review underwriting criteria and develop credit control measures

Review pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness while optimizing risk-adjusted returns on unsecured loan products

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements:

Degree holder of Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
-
At least 8 years’ relevant experience in banking industry, solid experience on retail lending business is preferred

Possess strong business mindset and marketing skills
-
Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills
-
With credit risk management experience is a plus
