Hang Seng's Investments and Wealth Solutions offers a full spectrum of investment products and services to our Wealth and Personal Banking customers, from high-net-worth to mass segments across channels. We distribute investment funds managed by top tier fund managers covering different types of funds, across regions and asset classes. A wide range of structured products with underlying linked to equities, FX rates, interest rates, investment funds, etc. are offered for investors to pursue different investment objectives. We also offer fixed income instruments and certificates of deposit to customers who look for regular coupon payment.  Besides, we have securities services covering exchange traded equities in local and overseas markets offered through a wide variety of trading channels. Margin trading services covering FX and securities, and investment financing service provides extra liquidity and purchasing power to cater for investment needs from sophisticated investors.

We are seeking a high caliber to join us as Head of Investment FX, Capital Markets.

Principle responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Capital Market to formulate product strategies and deliver Investment FX product solutions.
• Lead a team of Product Managers, Investment FX to manage Investment FX business initiatives and its implementation.
• Manage end-to-end product life cycle of investment FX products, including new product launch, product due diligence and regular review, and relevant system development and document preparation.
• Collaborate and liaise with subject matter experts for new product initiatives or Investment FX products maintenance.
• Keep abreast of latest compliance requirements and participate in product distribution workflow design.

Requirements

• University degree in Banking and Finance or related disciplines
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in investment product development
• Solid background and knowledge on investment FX products with hands-on track record in product development
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Highly effective navigation within a complex matrix environment, governance standard and regulatory context with agile ways of working.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
