Risk and Safety Management System Officer | Enterprise Risk Management | Crisis Management

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Risk and Safety Management System Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and maintaining our Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with all relevant aviation regulations. You will also be responsible for monitoring safety and implementing risk management strategies to protect our operations and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our Safety Management System to meet the requirements of National Aviation Authorities.
• Monitor and report on safety issues, ensuring timely corrective actions are taken.
• Provide expert advice on safety management matters within HAESL.
• Implement and oversee Enterprise Risk Management, tracking actions to mitigate risks.
• Review Change Management programs to assess and address safety implications.
• Facilitate the Company’s Business Continuity Plan, including emergency response and crisis management strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Occupational Safety or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, especially in enterprise risk management. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Risk & Safety Management System Officer role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
