Responsibilities
- Assist the Head to oversee department sales management
- Manage and facilitate sales team expansion including competent recruitment, account executives onboarding process and development in order to support the business growth and achieve its revenue target
- Identify and lead new business opportunities
- Responsible for sales management by supervising trade related monitoring and surveillance to ensure the business model is robust and compliant
- Develop and maintain platform to cater the unique needs of HNW clientele and enrich the service scope of EBSI Private.
- Participate in any projects as assigned by the Head
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in financial institutes of which 5 years in managerial position in Sales Management, recruitment or training
- Holder of SFC licence and IA licence
- Strong knowledge of wealth management and investment products
- Creative and customer centric mindset
- Good project management, problem solving and analytical skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Vice President.
