Reservations Manager/ Senior Reservations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee reservation operations and lead the reservations team to maximize hotel occupancy and business revenue
• Ensure reservation records and files are updated timely and accurately
• Manage telephone, email and fax enquireis courteously and efficiently
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimun 5 years' relevant experience in hotel reservations with at least 2 years at supervisory level
• Courteous and service oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Conversant in both oral and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
