工作範圍‥.

• 為客戶提供專業理財諮詢，定期瞭解客戶需要，檢討現有理財計劃及時處理保險索償
• 拓展新客戶關係，尤其是中國內地市場
• 建立及管理專業財務策劃團隊
• 提供專業於財富承傳，企業傳承，規劃遺產的計劃
• 為在港大陸背景客戶及大陸客戶提供財富保障及財富增值方案的建議，包括:保險、退休計劃、保費融資、離岸信託、全球基金投資等
• 與客戶保持良好的溝通，及時處理保險賠償以及理財策劃服務
• 參與團隊平台資源配合，共同拓展香港、中國大陸客戶及合作網路
• 學習財富管理方面的知識，為客戶提供最新的市況資訊
• 在個人興趣及業餘愛好方面增值

• 合格的申請者將被推薦加入 AIA Premier Academy 培訓計劃，得到完整的財富管理理論及實踐培訓，力爭第一年就達到百萬圓桌 MDRT 以上的資格
• 合格的申請者初期將以底薪＋佣金＋年底花紅的薪酬模式 ( 取決於面試情況 )；
