Risk Advisory Associate I/ Associate II

Job Description

• Assist to perform valuation review of various class of assets and liabilities including business, financial and intangible for financial reporting in accordance to accounting standards, auditing standards and valuation standards
• Conduct equity analysis and credit analysis for listed and private clients by using income / market / asset / statistical / structural approaches with financial databases and applications
• Perform market research and prepare valuation models and deliverables for transaction, taxation, litigation and management purposes and provide valuation supports to other internal service lines such as financial due diligence, taxation, sustainability and risk management
• Handle filing and documentation

Job Requirements

• Degree preferably in accounting, finance and economics
• Solid skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Responsible, analytical, detailed and proactive
• Good communication skill, multitasking skill and team player
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
