Key Responsibilies:

  • To perform the In-charge of the front office and ensure guest services provided in professional manner
  • To lead and guide the team member to handle guest enquiries and any complaint
  • To coordinate with operations team to ensure the highest standard of customer service is extended to all hotel guest   

 

Job requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience with 1 years at supervisory level
  • Passionate in hospitality industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and leadership skills
