JOB SUMMARY
This position covers the digital payment services for the Wealth and Retail Banking Hong Kong. You will be responsible for the launch of the new payment features on our digital platforms, handle the exceptional cases, and ensure the smooth running of the platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain the retail digital payment experiences and platforms.

Through the customer feedback, identify the customer pain points, and work out the solution with the related stakeholders. Work closely with the Group development team to ensure the requirement and functional design are translated and executed accurately.

Manage the day-to-day issues and defects, work with the related teams on the resolution and prioritization.

Continuously review the risk and control measures to ensure the e2e payment process is robust enough to protect the Bank and the customers.

Lead the Database Marketing team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients and The Right Environment

Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent)

Qualification
-
At least 5 years of work experience, within which with at least 2 years of experience in retail digital payment/e-wallets, digital payment management, product owners of any e-wallets or retail payment services

Knowledgeable in the local payment infrastructure e.g FPS, SWIFT, RTGS, and EPSCO

Proactive, can-do spirit, and able to make things happen
