Monitor all front desk personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition
Daily preparation of amenities, accurate room allocation to ensure Owners, VIP’s, Special attention guest and all important clients receive prompt and cordial key service elements prior to their arrival
Maximize occupancy, revenue and average rate while maintaining high service standards
Responsible for the managing and supervising all front desk staff
Performs any other reasonable duties as required by the Management from time to time.
Requirements;
Degree holder in Hotel/ Hospitality Management
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, with 1 year at supervisory level in hotel industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Mature, independent, proactive, service- oriented and attentive to detail
Service oriented with pleasant personality
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
