Duty Manager / Assistant Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the management in handling all guest inquiries, dealing with VIP guests and ensuring service excellence
  • Coordinate and provide instructions to team members of different departments to ensure prompt and adequate service
  • Work closely with all other departments and to keep a daily log of all occurrences which are to be brought to the attention of the General Manager of the hotel
  • Handle emergency cases in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
  • Take appropriate action in emergencies to ensure customer, associates and hotel safety by working with the Front Desk and Security & Safety Department

 

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • 5 years' relevant experience in luxury hotels / hospitality industry
  • Pleasant, presentable, confident with outgoing personality
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Duty Manager
