Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, development, and implementation of sales stratgies to maximize hotel sales and revenue from various business segments including but not limited to corporate clients and OTAs.
• Build up long-term and close relationship with potential clients and counterparts.
• Ensure sales goals and budgets are achieved.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• University degree in hospitality, marketing, business management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or manager role in hotel sales department
• Conversant in both written and spoken English and Chinese  (including Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical and project management skill
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager
