Responsibilities

  • Organize and conduct training to all levels of staff including staff orientation and customer services
  • Assist and monitor the trainee programme hiring and on-boarding processes
  • Create and support the execution of hotel cultural programs
  • Facilitates internal meeting of the departmental trainers, prepares and designs for the team members’ daily newsletter
  • Preparation of training manuals, training materials and aids as requested
  • Track and register all training course and programs
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by superiors

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources/Hotel Management or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year relevant experience in Learning & Development, with exposure in hotel industry is highly preferable
  • Proactive, well-organized, detail-minded team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can work independently
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office software
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Learning & Development Officer
