What you'll be doing?
- Provide strong support to senior management in evaluating and reporting the portfolio risk, with strategic and data-driven insights on key risks indicators
- Collaborate closely with head office, risk teams, finance and business units.
- Co-ordinate with risk teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting packs for local and Group risk management committees, for OCBC HK Ltd (Group) and OCBC Greater China, respectively.
- Manage regulatory deliverables (e.g. HKMA Prudential interview, MAS Craft) and co-ordinate with various risk teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables as required.
- Work with key stakeholders e.g. Business Units and Finance departments on portfolio management / assessment initiatives.
- Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of the bank's credit portfolios and characteristics, work with Head Office and relevant risk teams to continually review and enhance reporting packs, and to facilitate senior management overview of various risk areas.
- Support the rollout of reporting tools, new projects and initiatives; Improve efficiency through streamlining of workflow and building greater degree of automation.
Who are we looking for?
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance or a related discipline
- Experienced manager with at least 7-year solid experience in management reporting, business performance analysis, or risk management
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficient in MS Excel / PowerPoint for reporting, presentation and deep dive analysis.
- Good knowledge of visual analytics capability e.g. QlikView, SAS, PowerBI or similar tools would be an advantage.
