Supervisor (Restaurant & Bar)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist all wine services in restaurant and/or bar area.
  • Initiate and implement marketing and promotion ideas for the wine bar, particular during festive periods.
  • Keep stock and in custody of premium beverages. Order, replenishing and receiving stocks on delivery.
  • Support events and activities held in the wine bar area.
  • Create cocktail recipes and make drinks for guests according to recipe
  • Assist in restaurant duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Hospitality or Catering Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experience in Food and Beverage or Wine Bar operation, with WSET qualification is an advantage
  • Knowledge of wine & spirits is an advantage
  • Experience organize event, workshop and activities
  • Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and has a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
