Job Description
1.Assist in formulating and revising policies and procedures for WM business
2.Assist in daily operations of WM business, e.g., product on shelf, product analysis and report preparation etc.
3.Liaise with regulators and external parties as necessary
4.Provide product training and guidance to staffs
5.Work with L&C, Risk Management, Operations, and IT in WM business operations
6.Coordinate marketing and promotion activities, if needed
7.Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Highlights
1.Degree holder or above in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
2.Minimum 2 year working experience, candidate with wealth management operation or sales experience is highly preferred
3.Good knowledge in financial products, e.g., equity, future, option, bond, and structure products etc.
4.Familiar with industry development (e.g., CIES) and regulatory requirement
5.Good connection with product and service provides is advantage
6.SFC type 1 and 4 license is desired
7.Fluent spoken and written in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
8.Self-starter, ambitious, passionate, hardworking, and able to work under pressure

2.協助財富管理業務的日常運作,例如產品上架、分析及報表編制等
3.與監管及外部合作方溝通
4.對內提供產品培訓和指引
5.在財富業務的日常運營中與中後臺部門合作
6.安排和協調市場推廣
7.執行公司安排的其他工作
任職要求
1.本科以上學歷,金融、管理、經濟等相關專業
2.2年以上工作經驗,有財富管理銷售或運營經營優先
3.熟悉境外金融產品,包括證券、期貨、債券和結構化產品等
4.熟悉行業動態(例如資本投資者入境計畫)和監管政策,
5.熟悉基金公司、銷售平臺及供應商者優先
6.需持有香港證監會1、4號代表牌
7.熟練的中英文水準,包括普通話
8.做事主動熱情、有想法,能在壓力下工作
