Duty Control / Flight Operation (航班調導室工作)

Responsibilities:

- To ensure that any changes, which could affect our handling of the airline contracts, are immediately relayed to the management
- To monitor and handle the meal order uplifting as per customer required
- To perform the pre-meal, initial and additional meal order handling
- Flight schedule & movement information handling is required
- To answer telephone calls and inform responsible personnel
- To monitor the use and operate the paging of walkie-talkies system
- To liaise with Production Department regarding flight delay and menu change
- To provide support to transport team as required
- 5 working days a week and shift duty may required
 

Requirements:

- Higher Diploma or above holder, with qualification in Transportation / Logistics / Aviation Management is a plus
- 2 years or above working experience in Duty Control is preferrable
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good computer literate, including MS Office
