The SHKP Club was established by Sun Hung Kai Properties to provide information and benefits for its members, who currently number over 500,000. We are now looking for high caliber candidates to fill in the following vacancy:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or a related discipline, preferably with a master degree
• Minimum 10 years’ research experience
• Experience in property market research is an advantage
• Good presentation skills
• Proven English proficiency and fluent Putonghua
• Strong analytical and organizing skills
• Strong initiatives and able to work under pressure & tight deadlines

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct macro-economic analysis and provide investment implications
• Monitor macro-policy changes in various economies
• Conduct ad hoc researches related to the Group’s business

(Candidates with less or more experience will also be considered.)
