Associate Director/ Division Director ,Consultant Department (Up to 50K)

Job Descriptions：

• Complete the assessment indicators assigned by the company to the team,
• Fully responsible for the development of various businesses and the achievement of team development goals;
• Responsible for planning and sorting out MCV market expansion, promotion and training matters;
• Responsible for expanding business and maintaining customer relationships;
• Responsible for the establishment and management of the agent team;
   

職位介紹：

• 完成公司對團隊下達的考核指標，
• 全面負責各項業務進行及團隊發展目標達成；
• 負責規劃及整理MCV市場拓展推廣及訓練事項 ；
• 負責拓展業務和維護客戶關係；
• 負責代理人團隊搭建及管理工作；
   

Requirements:

• University graduate.
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
• Hold IIQE Paper 1, 3.
• With IIQE Paper 4, 5 would be an advantage.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organised, detail-minded, and good sense of responsibility.

• 具有IIQE Paper 4、5資格證書將是優勢。
