What you will do:
- Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards in the lobby and Concierge counter
- Responsible for full spectrum of duties, including greeting guests, assisting with guests in any plans / arrangement and providing useful information
- Work alongside with all teams to ensure an exceptional guest journey from pre-arrival and during the stay, to departure and post-departure
- Achieve high level of guest satisfaction by establishing good rapport with guests, anticipating guests’ needs and providing prompt response to guests
Qualifications
What you should have:
- Preferably with 1 year of working experience in service industries
- Good communication language skills
- A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
