Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities

• Handle full set document and operation for import shipments, including normal and special cargoes
• Handle import declaration
• Coordinate with overseas branches, liners, shippers & sub-contractors
• Follow up shipment status and schedule
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• F.5 or above
• 1 - 2 years experiences in logistics or freight forwarding industry would be an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin
• Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently
• Immediately available is highly preferred
