Events Executive - Catering Sales (Wedding Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Handle potential guest enquiries in efficient and effective manner
• Ensure the entire sales cycle is properly handled with guest expectation and satisfaction
• Ensure and maintain a seamless coordination with the banqueting service team and other relevant parties
• Solicit any catering and event business opportunities with existing or potential clients
• Maintain an exemplary customers relationship

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or Catering Management or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in catering sales
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales-oriented, self-motivated and be a good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
