Key Responsibilities

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:
Generate lead opportunities for key function and event spaces, rooms and suites across the property
Produce and implement an account development plan for each assigned account to achieve maximum revenue in both the short and long term
Execute the annual commercial action plan within area of responsibility
Be fully up to date with budgeted/actual/forecast targets of the property as well as own segment and individual target
Source new business through research of local media and market intelligence
Secure below and above the line marketing opportunities to position the brand and drive sales
Requirements
Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:
The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):
Minimum of 6 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably with an international hospitality company or a recognized blue-chip organization
A degree holder in Business, Commerce, Economics and/or Marketing or equivalent in related discipline
Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and writing skills
The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):
Highly motivated and result-oriented. Confident with commitment to quality
Have network of contacts within the corporate sector and/or specialist events agents
