MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

• Diploma holder or above in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Service Engineering disciplines
• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in Engineering field preferably in hotel operations or property management sector in which 2 years in similar supervisory role 
• Holder of valid Registered Electrical Worker Grade B0 or above and Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
• Strong communication skills and problem solving skills
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Familiar with relevant Code of Practice and Government Regulations for Engineering
• Good command of both written & spoken Chinese and fair English

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Maintenance Supervisor.
