Manager to AVP, Consumer Portfolio Analytics & Reporting/Systems and Projects (12 months contract)

Responsibilities

• Translate programs from SAS programming language to other SQL-like languages such as Starburst Query and Hive Query.
• Collaborate with the portfolio analytics teammates to ensure smooth integration and delivery of the programming.
• Adhere to project timelines and deliverables specified in the contract, effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks, and communicating any potential delays or challenges to the team members.
• Ensure adherence to security and data protection guidelines to maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information in writing programming scripts.
• Responsibilities also include documenting code modifications, developing user manuals and technical documentation, and ensuring effective version control maintenance.

Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Studies, Risk Management or related disciplines.
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in developing programming script using SQL and Python.  
• Preferably with experience in IT program development and project management, with a comprehensive understanding of consumer loan products within the financial industry. 
• Proficiency in various programming languages is highly desirable. 
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in programming language such as SQL and Python.  Knowledge in Power BI is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong analytical skills and able to work under pressure.
