Senior Officer, Account Services (Credit Card)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage credit card account creation, maintenance, and other related services
• Handles credit card dispatch and renewal process in a timely manner
• Develop Customer Loyalty Program for reward redemption
• Liaise with different vendors on credit card related activities
• Support UAT and ad hoc projects as assigned
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Officer, Account Services – Credit Card

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with 5 years’ relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years of operation experience in credit card industry
• Independent, self-motivated and result-oriented
• Good interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
