Bell Captain

Responsibilities:

• Perform concierge & secruity daily duties in a timely with helpful manner
• Handle and answer guests’ enquiries
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
• Overnight shift duty is required

Requirements:

• Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
• 2 years relevant experience in customer service or hospitality industry
• Holder of valid Hong Kong Driving License (Class1, 2) and with good driving record 
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit
• Outgoing personality, self-motivated, diligent and customer oriented
• Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
