YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Be the social media voice: plan, design and implement the social media strategy for the entire hotel under the direction of the Director of Integrated Marketing and Communications
  • Work closely and in partnership with F&B venues, room, events etc. to ensure a steady flow of stories on the social media platform to ensure customer engagement and awareness of all key business units in the vertical estate, with the ultimate aim of driving revenue towards these areas of the business.
  • Work closely within and across departments to drive digital marketing initiatives to raise awareness of all hotel programmes and initiatives, to meet communications and business goals/ sales target.
  • Drive content creation and make sure it is at highest standards, complying with brand guidelines across digital channels, including but not limited to: social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.), website, search engine marketing and optimization, email campaigns and media channels.
  • Be on top of digital marketing and industry trends, be able to turn observations and data into insights to contribute to the hotel’s overall communication strategies. Manage the hotel’s online community and grow its database, to ultimately, meet revenue targets.
  • Oversee and drive digital marketing activities that drive online traffic and revenues, such as managing hotel data base, search engine marketing campaigns (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), website traffic ANALYSIS, support EDM development and social media marketing.
  • Prepare, measure performance of all digital marketing campaign against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Support the launch of Ecommerce project

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree or higher in e-commerce Marketing / Communications / Hotel Management or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years’ experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, and communications discipline, preferably in the hospitality or luxury consumer service industry
  • Creative with strong market sense, self-motivated and attentive to details
  • Excellent writing, editing and translation skills in Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge in WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other design software
