Requirements:
Work experience in Food & Beverage Operations with proven track record in supervisory level and people development;
Understand of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines preferred, but not essential;
Strong business sense, proven management, analytical and leadership skills;
Mature, service-oriented and well-organized;
Ability to strategies based on market demand periods to maximize revenue opportunities;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate with all departments in an organization;
Excellent command of both written and spoken English is essential
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage
