Resident Works Supervisor (RWS)

Duties & Responsibilities:

•   Assist Clerk of Works in day-to-day supervision of all site works.
•   Assist in recording daily activities and site records.
•   Witness of all on-site tests.

Minimum Qualification Requirement:

•   Certificate in Building Technology/Construction related disciplines, or equivalent.
•   Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Hong Kong

[Note *Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
