Admin Assistant (1-year Renewable Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating purchase orders and goods receipts in the SAP system, follow up on payments with suppliers, and coordinate with the finance and accounting team.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical duties, including document filing, record management, data input, logistics coordination, and other related tasks.
  • Assist with stock management for the premiums.
  • Support the team with general secretarial duties, including managing meeting schedules.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 2-year relevant experiences in general administrative and clerical support
  • Experience in SAP system us a plus
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and eager to learn
  • Positive with Can-do attitude, able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in PC application including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Mature and able to work independently
  • Free Shuttle Bus
    • FREE shuttle bus service will be provided. The pick-up points are including New Territories, Kowloon and Hong Kong Island.
