Assistant Vice President / Senior Manager – Accounting

Job Responsibilities:

• Check banking returns and management reports;
• Review annual financial reports
• Handle taxation related reporting
• Liaise with internal and external auditors in connection with audit process
• Assist in new projects
• Perform any ad-hoc projects and assignments

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant is preferred (HKICPA or ACCA)
• At least 10 years’ experience of which 5 years gained in bank industry or audit firm;
• Solid knowledge in the IFRS & IAS and taxation reporting requirements in Hong Kong;
• Familiar with treasury products is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel);
• A team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken;
