Operation Control Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze the operation procedure and propose optimization strategies and improvement.
  • Prepare and review operation procedural manuals (SOP).
  • Responsible for the assessment and management of operation risk and compliance in the bank.
  • Support / execute project plans, hold regular project review meetings, track progress, arrange UAT test and identify exceptions to plan.
  • Coordinate project team between departments, ensuring efficient and smooth internal communication.
  • Assist with regulatory and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • University or higher degree
  • Minimum 4 years in related banking experience
  • Good knowledge of banking products, operational procedures and systems.
  • Familiar with settlement system, such as SWIFT/RTGS/HKICL/CMU.
  • Facilitate the mitigation of operation risk.
  • Structured thinking and good problem-solving capability.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a close team environment as well as independently
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good English and Mandarin language skills
