Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support for the department
  • Prepare the summary reports in the subject of monitoring and control regularly, conduct data analysis based on the business requirements
  • Perform analysis to solve business questions and identify business opportunities
  • Review / update the related policies, internal guidelines, and procedures to govern the Bank's credit activities
  • Liaise and support the projects /UAT with other departments to ensure efficient process
  • Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required

Job Requirements:

  • University or Diploma holder or above
  • 2 to 5 years banking experience in corporate banking is preferable
  • Good knowledge of banking products, operational procedures and systems
  • Structured thinking and good problem-solving capability, ability to work in a close team environment as well as independently
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
