Business Manager (Wealth Management Department)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing policy and procedure within the Wealth Management Department
• Ensure internal control standards and carry out necessary remediation
• Prepare the summary reports in the subject of monitoring and control regularly
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on development and implementation of business initiative
• Provide training to new RMs and ARMs in relation to policy and procedure
• Support ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in Banking or Private Banking
• Good analytical and risk assessment skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
